I am very fortunate to have connected with you while I was deciding whether to sell my condo privately or seek a seller agent.  You explained my options very clearly with no pressure, and presented compelling reasons to have you represent me.  Am I ever glad I did!  Not only were you very thorough in going over everything and alerting me to any potential issues that might impact the sale of my condo, e.g. a small matter involving my storage locker...but you were extremely proactive and communicative.  For example, while I was on business in Montreal, you were always in touch looking after my best interests; as a result, I didn't worry about my condo because I knew I was in good hands.
